How do I place an order?
Choose an available item or confirm your completed design, review the current checkout total and follow the checkout steps.
What payment methods are available?
Available payment options are shown at checkout. PayPal is used for supported online payment flows.
How do I view my final price?
Shop product prices appear on the product page. Shipping and destination-specific amounts are confirmed through checkout. A completed DIY design receives its complete-piece price before ordering.

Where do you ship?
Available destinations and routes are checked during checkout. If a route cannot be confirmed, payment remains unavailable.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping depends on the destination, package and available carrier service. Shop item prices do not include shipping.
How can I get shipping information?
Review the checkout estimate or contact Customer Support with the item and destination country.

How does Create work?
Choose a jewelry type, the visible Main Elements you care about, optional Supporting Elements and a style. JEWELRY BY YOU completes the arrangement and construction approach.
What is a Main Element?
A Main Element is a visible focal part you want preserved in the design.
What are Supporting Elements?
Supporting Elements are optional visible accents. Technical findings and construction supplies remain behind the scenes.
Why may a handmade final item differ slightly from a visual preview?
The preview communicates the design direction. Natural material character, handmade assembly and exact production details may create small differences. The confirmed design and production record remain authoritative.
Match
How does Match work?
Tell us about a look, style or occasion and explore suitable real catalog pieces.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. A photo can add context, but it is optional.
Can I choose an occasion or style instead?
Yes. You can use style and occasion choices without uploading a photo.
Materials
How does Request a Quote work?
Choose a source-backed material, tell us the quantity, processing needs, target use and destination, then submit the request for human review. The reviewed quote is delivered separately.
Creators
How can I become a Design Creator?
Complete and order a real design first. Eligible completed-order designs can then enter the application and review path.
How can I apply as a Material Provider?
