Products, pricing and orders

Product information reflects the current published record. Pricing, availability, destination-dependent shipping and taxes are confirmed through the applicable product, quote or checkout flow. An order is not final merely because an item was viewed or placed in a bag.

Payments and shipping

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment service. Shipping routes, charges and delivery information depend on the destination, package and available carrier service.

DIY and personalized designs

Visual previews communicate a design direction rather than an exact manufacturing drawing. Exact production details are resolved through the confirmed design, quote, bill of materials and production record. Natural and handmade variation may occur.

Materials quotes and creator submissions

A material request is reviewed before a quote is offered. Creator submissions do not guarantee acceptance, publication, orders or earnings. You must have the rights and authority needed for anything you submit.

Content and intellectual property

Site presentation, original platform content and service software may not be copied or exploited without permission. Ownership and permitted use of customer or creator submissions remain subject to the applicable submission and transaction record.

Operational limits

The service may be updated, paused or limited for maintenance, security, availability or legal reasons. Nothing here creates a guarantee that every product, destination, provider or feature will always remain available. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these operational terms.
